The Digi Hood (Digital Screen Shade) has been specially designed for positioning over the picture viewer at the back of a digital camera, thereby shading the displayed image from the sun's glare in bright conditions. The Digi Hood will also help preserve your LCD screen from the sun's rays that can cause damage to your LCD screen on your digital camera. Incorporating self-supporting technology, the hood can be manipulated to whichever position is required and will stay rigidly in place.

This LCD shade is also available with a built-in glass magnifier (see below), giving the photographer a larger view (about 2x) of image on the LCD screen. This can also be used as a loop. Also, a Detachable plastic magnifying lens for the Digi Hoods. These magnify the LCD screen about 2x just like the DSM models, except this lens is detachable. Now you have the convenience of the Digi Hood, and when you want the magnify the LCD screen then you clip on the lens.
A Digi Hood for the 2.5 inch screens that is not tapered. It is parallel all the way out to the outer frame. This prevents the vignette that can occur sometimes with the standard 2.5 inch. There is no clip on magnifier that fits on this shade. Same price as the standard Digi Hoods.

The retail price of the Digi Hood with the glass magnifier built on (not removable) is $39.00 USD plus shipping and handling. I am trying to clear out my stock of these. Once these are out then this item will be discontinued, and a Digi Hood with a Detectable plastic Lens will be the replacement.
Special orders available of different style bellows. Example would be leopard print (picture of a laptop privacy hood in leopard print is available under the laptop section). Add $5.00 to the price for the leopard print for the Digi Hoods. Other materials possible, but price would be determined after material cost is determined. Also, please expect a delay in shipping of 8 weeks or less.
