Can I buy directly from K. B. Canham Cameras? No, we do not sell our standard line of cameras (4x5, 5x7 and 8x10) directly to individuals. We do our business through camera stores throughout the United States and the world. These stores can be found on the dealers page.

Can I contact K. B. Canham by e-mail? To provide the best service possible, all of the people working at K. B. Canham Cameras, Inc. work building cameras. Therefore, we do not have an e-mail address for K. B. Canham Cameras. Many of our dealers have e-mail, and are happy to respond to your e-mail questions. We can be contacted by telephone at 1.480.250.3990. If you get our answering machine please leave you name and phone number and Keith Canham will return your call.

Are the bellows infrared tight? Yes

How quickly can I get a camera? Some dealers keep an inventory of Canham Cameras. If you cannot find a dealer with the specific product you need, we can usually supply the item to the dealer within 2 weeks or less, unless otherwise stated on the web page.

What if my Canham camera needs to be repaired? We ask that you contact the dealer that you purchased the camera from first. They may be able to help you. If you need to contact us, please do so by telephone before sending in a camera for repairs at 1.480.250.3990. Frequently repairs can be completed in three days or less. A standard clean and adjust costs $128.00 plus the cost of parts, shipping and insurance.

How do I fold my camera or operate the 6x17 roll film back? You can find instructions below. Click on the product you have, and it will link to a .pdf file of the folding instructions. You will need Adobe Acrobat to open the files. It can be downloaded for free from the Adobe web page.

What are the specifications for the film holders your larger cameras take? For all film holders that have an ANSI specifications that is the size we format the cameras on. For all other sizes here is a spec sheet.
